Ivan Lewis MP – Shadow Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, Feargal Sharkey – CEO of UK Music, and John Newbigin – chair of Creative England, with a key note speech by Dr. Richard Florida – best-selling author of The Rise of the Creative Class.
