In 2009 I created a look and feel that reflected the colour and content of the Guardian brand. We produced bags printed with art headlines from the last year which included: ‘Too Cool for art School’ and ‘Mona Lisa mugged at The Louvre’. For the VIP giveaway I designed a series of ‘Current colours’ postcards that named everyday colours in relation to recent stories run in the paper. They ranged from Recession red, through Swine flu yellow, and Ashes green. The postcards doubled up as the stand decoration.
